Over a million UK borrowers paid mortgage with credit card
According to a recent poll by housing charity Shelter, its estimated that over 1 million borrowers in the United Kingdom are exchanging mortgage debt for plastic. Survey results published yesterday revealed 6% of respondents liable for rent or mortgage said they paid by credit card at some point in the last 12 months

RBS & HSBC rationing credit cards to existing bank customers
